THE OLD RUIN
We've seen our share of rocks here in El Paso but this fascinating garden begins with a step back in time. We are going to take some rocks and create an old ruin that you can scramble through and explore.
THE BEGINNING OF THE 'OLOGIES
Throughout you are going to see lots of examples of fossils to begin that discussion,"Where do fossils come from?", including a giant Ammonite fossil to sit on.
ANCIENT STORYTELLING THROUGH ART
You will find the entrance to a small tunnel...lit in areas to reveal replicas of some of the more famous cave paintings from around the world with an area where kids can even make their own cave painting with a chalk bag!
THE DINO DIG
Next is a Dino Dig...Walk with Dinosaurs...Pictures with Dinosaurs... and more! We are going to tell everyone the story about how dinosaur footprints were found in El Paso, how old they are, and what kind of dinosaur they are! We are going to emulate one of the more famous rock paintings at Hueco Tanks and tell everyone how to get out there and see the real thing!

And then, the star of the show, the Rocks! We can't help ourselves. We all have a primal reaction to iconic rockery. Explore these unique structures including one henge with rocks around it to sit on, dinosaur eggs and more. We hope you'll take a pause on your favorite rock for a personal prehistoric moment like mankind has done since the beginning of time.
DINOSAUR DAY IN THE ROCKERY
We can't wait for Dinosaur Day! You have to wear your dinosaur suit to get in. They're pretty clumsy so you'll be bumping around all the other dinosaurs!
